The spare room in my penthouse apartment is now available Monday to Friday. All bills, cleaning etc. are included in the price.

The room has a double bed with storage, huge built-in wardrobe, blackout blinds, underfloor heating, and an ensuite bathroom.

The apartment was built at the end of 2018 and is situated on the top floor of a six-story block, which overlooks a private garden (so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep).

The development (New Garden Quarter) has a 24-hour concierge, an excellent gym, car park, bicycle storage, private garden, and larger public garden. My apartment is situated in the block with the concierge and gym.

It's a five-minute walk to Stratford station (Central, DLR, TFL Rail, Jubilee, Overground), Stratford International station (High Speed 1), and Westfield shopping centre. Hackney Wick is also within walking distance, which has loads of bars and restaurants.

I am 27 and work as a home-based Financial Adviser. I am usually in 2-3 meetings a day, Monday to Friday, but try to switch everything off at the weekend. My interests include dance music, tattoos, festivals, working out, football, and travel.

I'm just looking for someone easy-going, who respects the apartment. Happy for you to view the apartment in person.
