Double room available in a brand new building, located right next/within the East Village and just a stone's throw from Stratford Station/Westfield. Available from May to September.

All amenities are brand new and modern - large fridge, brand new dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Living room with dining area, large tv and plenty of space .

We like to keep the house very clean and we have a cleaner twice a month for common areas and bathrooms.

THE LOCATION is amazing

-Westfield and Stratford station only a 3 minute walk. Stratford International Less than 5 minute walk.

- Gyms, restaurants, bars and more nearby. Sainsburys, m&s, and waitrose within walkable distance.

- The olympic park and all of its greenery just a 10 minute walk. Can reach Hackney Wick with a 20 minute walk.

Neighbourhood is very safe, absolutely no issues walking around at any time of day. Easily the nicest place I've lived in London.

THE CURRENT FLATMATES
Currently a couple of young professionals who have the master bedroom. We work from home sometimes but also go to the office. Nice and clean, and feel happy to live with someone who is relaxed and easy-going.

THE ROOMS AND RENT
As per the floorplan in the pics, Bedroom 2 is available at £950 per month, with bills included.

The room is available for SHORT TERM ONLY, starting anytime in May or June.

Private Parking is available for rent in the building if needed.

The room is currently furnished with a bed, a cupboard and a desk. We are quite flexible, and welcome any requests/requirements; the idea is for whoever takes up the room to have it done as they want/need it.
