15th floor apartment with concierge

I have 1 bed available in a 15th floor modern apartment in Stratford with great views of the city and a balcony! You would need to move in asap or at least by October 4th. It's a 3 bed flat so you'd be sharing a bathroom with a 3rd person (I have an ensuite)

The building has a 24 hour concierge (so is secure), a bike parking area, carpark, bookable resident lounge, resident garden and offers free repairs/fixing.

It is right next to a 24 hour gym (Anytime Fitness) and a Tesco Express. It's only an 8 mins walk away from Stratford station (Elizabeth, Central, Jubilee, Overground and National Rail links - getting you into Central London in 10-20 mins!).

Only downside is the bedrooms are a little small so if you're someone who more needs a base in London and travels a lot this is perfect.

I'm an easy-going and chilled guy. LGBT+ friendly too. I generally keep communal areas/clean dishes right after eating and would hope you're the same. I'm the National President for the UK branch of a global youth leadership organisation so will need to be hosting people in our lounge sometimes (possibly having my team over to chill sometimes too).

I tend to be out quite a lot (especially on weekends) but also might need my own space in my room sometimes (I can get tired easy). I also remote work some days and evenings.

I'm from Cardiff and I speak fluent Welsh (great to have someone to keep it up with!) as well as some Hebrew.

Looking for someone chill, down to earth, nice, fun and who doesn't get passive aggressive over random things lol (this will be my first time not living with Uni mates or people I know so heard bad stories haha!)
