Looking for a nice friendly flatmate. Me and my wife are both professional worker and friendly easy going people. Ideally we would like to have someone as a flatmate to be our friend. But we respect privacy and space. So, if the person needs space we are ok with it. We will also welcome anyone from LGBTQ+ community. The room is quite specious with mirrored wardrobe and plus additional cupboard space. The room also has enough space to put a desk for WFH arrangements. All bills are included with fast Virgin fibre optic internet. There is shared dining area and kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are separate unlike many house/flat.

The location is very close to Plaistow station which is 7-8 minutes walk. Also Stratford Station is reachable in 5-8 minutes by bus which is 3/4 bus stop. There is a Tesco Express and many grocery shop nearby.
