Large Room in Stratford

Hi all,

I am looking for a replacement for my current flat, as my circumstances have changed and need to move out ASAP, so flexible on dates.

**My flatmate would prefer to share with another girl, no couples.**

The room comes with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two nightstands. There is space for a desk by the door.

You would be sharing with one other girl in her mid-20s as it's a two bedroom flat, with one bathroom and big kitchen/lounge on the fifth floor. Washer and drier that actually dries clothes. Pet friendly. Parking available on site for £125 a month. A massive plus - we have a great storage unit on lower ground floor, so you can keep your suitcases/boxes all safe.


Flat is just by Stratford High Street, 15 minutes walk to Stratford station or about 5 by bus, 10 minute walk to Pudding Mill Lane DLR stop and ABBA arena, and buses just on the main street. Westfield is about 15-20 minutes walk away.
The agent is JLL, rent will be £1,248pcm + bills about 150 on average and depending on usage, and a fee of £50 to change the name on the contract. Deposit is £1,183.59.

You would need to pass referencing with the agency, they have advised this can take around 2 weeks. Contract runs until April 2026 (so no worries on moving soon or unexpectedly) and you can exercise the break clause together with my flatmate with 2 months notice to the agent. She is planning to stay for 12 more months.
