Double room to rent in Stratford

I'm sadly leaving my lovely 3-bed flat in Stratford, so looking for someone to take my room -- ideally looking for a fun loving womxn to join our home, living with my two very sweet and funny flatmates.

Rent is £728.33/month plus approx. £100 in bills (energy and council tax costs might change)

Really ideal location, about 7-10 min walk to Stratford station & Stratford Centre, 5 min walk to Stratford High Street DLR station, 15 min walk to Westfield. Away from the main road so it's also really nice and quiet :)
The flat has loads of storage space, an open plan kitchen-lounge with tons of natural light, a bathtub plus shower. The room itself comes furnished with double bed, big wardrobe, desk and chair.
The building also has a lovely concierge who is very helpful with parking and deliveries.

We’re always up for a laugh, a cute chat in the kitchen, and we love to share ideas on adding more tenderness to this safe space. Queer-friendly of course! We are keen on good vibrations and high energy, so we would appreciate someone who is social but also understands a good balance of alone time and self care.

Who you'll be living with:
Ruth is 30, building a career as an actor and working within theatre and short films. She also works in the IT industry, which is currently a work from home situation. Ruth is a goofy & bubbly extrovert! She loves to express herself through dance, and relax with a glass of wine and a Netflix binge.

Pearl is a young professional immersed in the exciting worlds of music and TV. Her creative spirit allows her to express herself through DJing and filmmaking, which she absolutely loves. She thrives in creative spaces and companies. As an Italian born, she’s all about her food and authentic olive oil along with many other interest. Within her circle of friends, she is described as the "chill/cool girl" because of her easy going and friendly nature and guess what? She’s always chilling! She enjoys both socializing and embracing moments of peaceful solitude, finding balance in both.
