We are looking for someone in their late 20's to early 30's to fill our third double bedroom in the 24th floor Penthouse.

This spacious apartment is two stories (duplex) with three large double rooms. Generous living/dining area perfect for entertaining or working from home, with a balcony that has panoramic views of the O2, Canary Wharf, Shard & The City!

Your room is a spacious en-suite and the only room with its own balcony and that great view. It comes with the bed, but we are able to ask the building if there is any spare furniture (eg drawers) that you could use. Option to purchase balcony furniture/faux grass.

Deposit anticipated to be around £1587 (5 weeks rent - app is glitching…). Bills approx £110 pm. Couples accepted, rent would be £1400 though, and deposit to reflect that.

Travis and I are professionals and work a hybrid of WFH / office. Your room has ample space for a decent desk but of course, there’s lots of space at the dining table / living room. Flat has dishwasher, washer/dryer, double oven.

Other than the pub, we have lots of interests; keeping fit, cooking (and eating) good food, travelling, history, watching sports, exploring London, dinner parties/games nights and music festivals so if you’re into some of these then I’m sure we’d get along well!

We are clean and tidy and would expect you to be too. We would like you to be social and join our friendship group, with the occasional glass of wine in an evening, and trips to the pubs on the weekend. Whilst we do enjoy each other’s company we all do have our own things too and are respectful of privacy.

The One Eighty building is ideally located in Stratford with just a 10 minute walk (actually 10 mins!) to the station for Jubilee, Central, Lizzie, DLR or Overground. We also have the Westfield shopping centre just down the road, the scenic Olympic Park a stone’s throw away with a gym and Tesco literally just downstairs. The building has a 24 hour concierge, free secure bike lock-up, ultrafast Wifi and plans for a residents lounge / workspace. It also offers car parking (additional fee).

You will need to earn a minimum of £38.6k per year to pass referencing.
