I am moving out at the end of May after 5 great years living here. The two other lads in the flat are young professionals in their late 20s, very easy going, enjoy their sport and going to the pub for the odd beer or two.

The flat itself contains a large open kitchen / living room space, adjoined by two balconies (one of which has spectacular views over Stratford and Canary Wharf in the distance). There is a bathroom which is shared with one other flatmate. The flat also includes a gym which is free to use, along with a concierge (very handy for parcels!)

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Stratford train station, where there are 5 tube lines and train connections making it an ideal place to commute from. Stratford International station is even nearer, with train connections to St Pancras International in less than 7 minutes.

Westfield shopping centre is a 10 minute walk, packed with every shop you could ever need and multiple eating outlets. Hackney Wick and the Olympic Park are also just a 20 minute walk, ideal for those long summer days with friends.
