The room is carpeted, so no cold floors in the winter + it gets loads of natural sunlight because of the floor to ceiling windows. Quite a pretty room!

The flat is a 2 bed, 1 bath, so you will be sharing the bath with me. There is a beautiful and large open-plan kitchen and living room, with all the modern furnishings - sofa, coffee table, dining table, fridge & freezer, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer. The star of the house would be the balcony, being on a very high floor we get some stunning views of London sunsets, and sitting outside during the Summer is a vibe of its own! ☀️

The building is a very secure and modern building. There is a 24/7 concierge, paid parking for all residents, bin disposals rooms and very quick repair / maintenance systems.

The location is superb! The closest bus stop is 1 minute away, right under the building. Stratford underground is a 10 minute walk which is connected to the Overground, Jubilee, Central and Elizabeth line. The DLR is a 6 minute walk from the house. Westfield and Stratford Centre are 10 minutes away, which has every store possible - groceries and brands! Lidl, Sainsbury, Iceland, M&S, Waitrose + there is a Tesco Express right under the building.

The rent is £1400 per month, excluding bills. The bill totals vary month by month. but cover electricity + heating + council tax + Wi-Fi, and total up to £120 per month [Council tax band D].

My current housemate is moving out and hence, I've put up this ad. I occupy the second bedroom in this flat and am looking for someone to move in by 10th June, 2024. I am open to couples sharing the room, the rent for the room stays the same.

I am a young professional working in London in research. I keep a very clean and tidy house, I enjoy socialising and wouldn't say no to a glass of wine as bonding! I also appreciate my own space and time, and in a house this big, you get tons of it.
