My flatmate is moving out early as she has found a new place so I’m looking for someone to take over her place on the contract. It is available from late March.
The contract ends on 6th November 2027. After which point you may be able to sign a new lease at the property (subject to negotiation with the landlord). You can also leave the contract early subject to finding someone to replace you and paying an admin fee.
The room comes partially furnished with a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom (shower only). The living room/open plan kitchen is for joint use. You would also have your private balcony (great view of London). The building also has a gym, free for all residents and 24/7 concierge.
Only 15 min walk from Stratford station and the Olympic park would be on your doorstep!
Would require a reference check and a deposit in order to transfer my flatmate’s contact in your name.
