Room in 2 bed home with lovely flatmate

I am leaving London for Brighton in April 2025 and sadly saying goodbye to this precious home and my lovely sister. She is warm hearted, friendly, very chill and respectful of others space. She is introverted and likes her alone time but also enjoys warm vibes in the house; loves to talk about theatre, books, trash t. v and true crime. My phone camera isn't great but the house has a shared living room that is spacious and homey, a kitchen, a shed and a big bathroom with a bath and shower. There is a small front garden which is well kept. All can be viewed properly in person. The area is well connected and well located.

The house has a double room (image) and a single (not shown). Bills are not included but generally sit at 150.
