Hey! We’re Sarah & Ferdy (both 29) looking for a chill, fun and friendly flatmate to join our 3-bedroom flat.

The Room:
• Double, furnished
• Shared bathroom (just with Sarah)
• Rent: £900/month (bills not included)
• Available from 17/02/2026. This is a new tenancy so this will also be our move in date.

The Flat:
• 3 bedrooms: 1 en-suite, 1 shared bathroom
• Huge living room & kitchen with everything you need
• Big balcony + underground storage unit per flat
• Super convenient: 20 mins walk to Stratford Station or 15 mins to Bow-By-Bromley. Plenty of bus routes pass the flat.

About Us:
Sarah works for the NHS through the week and Ferdy works in theatre most days + some evenings. So we’re mostly out of the house work hours through the week.
We’re both very social spending most weekends out with friends. But we do also love hosting the occasional dinner parties, movie/TV nights, or just hanging out at home after work.
Our vibe is respectful, welcoming and LGBTQ+ friendly. We want you to feel at home and comfortable in this flat.
