A neat, spacious, and bright house includes a garden, kitchen, sitting room, and high-speed internet.
The room is furnished. The room has a large integrated wardrobe from floor to ceiling. There is a single bed. If the tenant wishes, a bunk bed can be built and a table and chair under it. The bed is called a LOFT BED. Additional furniture can be agreed upon.
We are looking for a resident, not for 1 month or even two, but 3 months can be considered. We are looking for a serious resident for the long term.
Five friendly and tidy residents live in the house. Three women and two men.
We have two cats that are well cared for and do not cause any problems.
Near the station. About 10-15 minutes on foot, and only a few minutes by bus. Very convenient communication.
All necessary shops are within easy reach, and the gym is a few minutes' walk away.
We hope to meet a friendly and tidy person.
