We’ve got a sunny, bright single room becoming available in our flatshare in Stratford, and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join us from 17th April.

It’s a cosy single room with a bed and mattress, and gets loads of natural light during the day – perfect if you’re looking for a calm, comfortable space to unwind after work. The flat stays quiet during the day as we’re all out working, but in the evenings we like to hang out, cook, chat, or just do our own thing – it’s a nice balance of friendly and respectful.

📍 The location is brilliant:

• 5-10 mins’ walk to Maryland and Stratford stations

• Minutes from Westfield, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons

• Close to the Olympic Park – great for cycling, running, or just relaxing outdoors

• Loads of buses, trains and tube options nearby – super well-connected

💸 The details:

• Rent: £670/month

• Bills: around £70/month (covers everything – gas, electric, council tax, water, broadband)

• Deposit: One month’s rent (used as your final month’s payment when you move out)

• Notice period: One month
