About us
We’re two guys (Scottish & Irish), 28 and 36, working in finance and tech. We get on very well and keep things pretty relaxed at home - it’s a tidy, respectful flat rather than a big social one (we like to save that for the pub).
The flat
Modern 3-bed apartment with a large, bright kitchen/living space and loads of natural light - a really nice spot to relax.
The building is around 7–8 years old, well insulated (so it stays warm without needing the heating), and set within a tucked-away development with a genuinely friendly community feel. There are also two private garden areas and even a small pond out front, which makes it feel a bit removed from the usual London pace.
The room itself is a good-sized double and shares a bathroom with one very tidy housemate (the third bedroom has its own en-suite).
Fully furnished throughout, plus:
• Two balconies
• Concierge
• Free on-site gym
There are also food vendors in the courtyard a few evenings a week - ideal when you don’t feel like cooking.
Location
Really well located but surprisingly quiet:
• ~5 min walk to Westfield / Stratford Centre
• Just over 5 mins to Stratford station
• Under 10 mins to the Olympic Park
• Hackney Wick (~15 min walk) for bars, restaurants and weekend vibes
• Loads of supermarkets nearby
Extremely convenient for getting around London, with great transport links.

House vibe
We’re looking for someone easygoing, friendly and considerate who’ll fit into a relaxed, low-key flat. It’s clean and calm, so suits someone who naturally lives that way too.
We’ve got a really nice setup here and want it to feel like home for everyone, so finding someone with a similar vibe is important to us.
Not a party flat, but always up for the odd chat or drink.
