One bedroom in Stratford

As my flatmate is moving out, there is a spare double bedroom in a furnished 1st floor flat with a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a shared study/office room. The bedroom overlooks the inner courtyard. There is a small patio shared with a neighbouring business.

The flat is within walking distance of Stratford station, Westfield, a variety of supermarkets, and a park.

The move-in date is flexible, but should be in late June.

I have a slight preference for a female flatmate, someone in her 20s working full-time or a full-time graduate student would be ideal.

Council tax band B, with the possibility of moving to a student-only household.
