🍳You can cook freely, and the kitchen is cleaned weekly for free. The shared kitchen has a cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, lockable storage, dining table and seating area.

You will share the kitchen with three flatmates from Spain, Brazil and China. They are quiet, friendly, polite and clean. You usually only meet in the kitchen, so the flat is peaceful and private.

Building facilities include 24/7 reception, 24-hour hot water, lift access, laundry room with washing machines and dryers, common areas and study spaces. You will have your own key/fob and can enter and leave freely.

This is student-only accommodation. The replacement tenant must be approved through the official University of London accommodation process.

The room is suitable for University of London students, UOL-affiliated students, and students taking summer language courses in London, subject to approval by the official accommodation team.
