2 bed flat Icona Point

The flat is in the sought after Icona Point building in Stratford which benefits from a gym, concierge and underground parking.

It is a 2-bedroom flat with one bedroom ensuite. It is on the 14th floor with spectacular views and a large balcony with access from one of the bedrooms and the living room.

It would be taking over the tenancy from myself and my friend, which runs until June 2014.

The flat is rented on a part-furnished basis. When I moved in, one bedroom was fully furnished and the rest of the flat was unfurnished. The landlady was happy to furnish the place but I had enough furniture and brought my bed, chest of drawers and sofa. I am happy to leave that furniture there for the duration of the tenancy.

One of the bedrooms is really large with built in Ikea-style wardrobes and both bathrooms are a decent size, the master bathroom has a bathtub.

The kitchen is open plan with the living room. Really bright flat with big windows.

It is £1473. 34 per month for the whole flat. Water is included in that. Council tax in that area is £120. The electricity isn’t much at all.

The flat is quite big and could easily accommodate 2 couples but probably I would say a couple and a single person would be a more comfortable arrangement. At the minute it is just us 2 there but both our boyfriends stay quite often and we are not on top of each other.
