We are looking for new housemate who will consider this as their own home, to share moments in & out of the house and at the same time are chill, sociable, respect each other’s space. Also, responsible enough to share the duties keeping the House clean, tidy and LGBT friendly.

It’s a 5 bedrooms house, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, conservatory/dining area and garden.
It’s a quiet, respectful, trustworthy, clean and organised environment. Everyone works at different times, so the house is always quiet so you can definitely get to enjoy privacy after a long day.

- 1-month rent in advance. (£750 per month)

Bills to shared with all tenants
- Gas and Electricity (around £20-£35pm)

House is just 5 mins by bus (bus no 158 or 69), and 10/15mins walk to Stratford underground station (Elizabeth line, Jubilee Line, Central Line, National Rail, Overground, National Express coaches).
