I have a double bedroom to rent in my lovely light and spacious school conversion flat. The building is beautiful in itself and the flats are even prettier.
The bedroom available for rent has a bed, a desk, a bed side table and a fitted wardrobe installed. Attached to the bedroom is an en-suite fitted with power shower, sink and toilet. I have my own bathroom with a bath that you are also welcome to use but have the opportunity for your own privacy.
The conversion is a few years old so everything is very modern and clean. The main area is very spacious with the large windows from when it was a school. We have everything in the kitchen you will need, including a dishwasher!! 😍
The deposit goes to the company you will be signing the contract with and they also require £180 fee. So it's all legit.
The space is very cosy and relaxing. I hope to find a person with a similar vibe to share my space with. Preferably a girl but open to guys too. Someone considerate and chilled and creative would be nice.
