This is my spacious period garden flat in a conservation area with good sized garden for your sole enjoyment in Riggindale Rd SW16 with off-road parking.

A girl called Jess is moving in this week, followed by a guy called Jason a week later as well as a girl called Sim. I would put you in touch with them if you are interested in the flat after a viewing. Room 2 is still available with large storage built-in wardrobes.

The flat has a large reception with kitchen and lovely sunny views into the garden.

There is off-road parking for Two cars and free street parking. Imagine not having the stress of paying for parking if you have a car. It’s heaven. You don’t wake up in a cold sweat worrying about parking inspectors.

I chose this flat 27 years ago because it’s so green around here. I’ve lived in three places close to Tooting Bec Common with its wonderful Tooting Lido pool, tennis court, children’s playground, football pitches and the quaint cafe.

I would like a group of flat buddies who enjoy a bit of gardening and making use of the large rear garden and patio for summer barbecues.

Transport connections:

It’s well-served with buses going frequently on three routes passing Tooting Bec and also to Balham Tube. They go on to Clapham Junction and even to Sloane Square.

The Streatham railway station is 12 minutes away (I did it in 10 the other day) and they run regularly. I’ve been trying out the connections myself and I've been pleased it's been so easy. Streatham Common is also walking distance but I think that's the same line. I'm no TFL expert.

Streatham High Street is a short walk away with buses into central London. And night buses come down that way or follow the Northern Line.

Balham is also a great shopping hub with many restaurants.
