Minimum 6 months stay
(Will also consider 3-6 month stay by prior arrangement).

The room is bright, clean and airy with wooden flooring, bed, wardrobe, desk and good storage. All in excellent condition.

Would best suit an independent working female or a female foreign student looking for lodger accommodation in a safe and tranquil environment.

This room is available in a clean, well maintained all female house on a quiet and safe street with good transport links.

Perfect for working relaxing after a long day. Key workers very welcome.

Current housemates are a mostly quiet, considerate, easy going, hard working and relaxed. A mix of workers and young foreign students. They also want another similar housemates.

Please note:-

I can't take unemployed people or people running their own home based business. PhD students who are funded are fine. Overseas students are fine.

I require proof of ability to pay.
