We have a very large double room available from 1st Jan 2020 (move-in date flexible) and are looking for a professional to join our friendly residence.
We are looking for a clean and considerate person to move in till 27th Feb 2020. The current house mates are a nurse, an environmental conservationist, a travel agent, a marketing specialist and a training manager.

The house has a spacious living room, a huge kitchen, and a balcony, as well as stunning communal Edwardian gardens.

The house sits in a gated mews just off Streatham Common, 15 minute walk/5 minute bus ride from Streatham High Road. All bills are included, including the fortnightly cleaning of communal areas.

Streatham is a quiet and cozy village with many independent cafes, pubs and restaurants. There's a health centre/gym with an ice rink, swimming pool and hot yoga studio 10mins away from our house.

Local amenities include a few big supermarkets (incl Tesco's 24hrs and Sainsbury's), Odeon cinema, all major bank branches, etc. Both Brixton and Clapham are 20mins away by bus if you fancy to boogie the night away.

Easy access to central London from Streatham/Streatham Hill/Streatham Common stations.
