Hello!

I have a double room to rent in a spacious 2 bed flat in Streatham, a stones throw away from Tooting Bec Common and close to Streatham Station, Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway Tubes.

I have lived here for 4 years and absolutely love it, the flat is very conveniently located to the common for lunch time jogging, loads of nice food and drinking spots around Tooting, Streatham and not too far from Brixton or Clapham either. The flat is huge for the price with a big shared living room and kitchen.

A bit about me;
I'm 31 and have lived in London for about 8 years.

I work usual hours, currently split 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.

Weekends are generally spent with friends recovering from a busy work week! I enjoy exercising, cinema, heading to the pub, I really love finding new places to go and explore in London and venturing a bit further out when times allow!

I am looking for someone who enjoys a comfortable home, is clean, and happy to chill and socialise when we're both around.

I'm keen for this to be a home and not a room so I am not at all opposed to a glass of wine / shared dinner of an evening.

Bills come in at approx. £100-130 a month.

The room is available from November or before if required, standard tenancy checks will need to be done and move in date agreed, ideally sooner rather than later but there is some flexibility over the next two months
