This gorgeous house in Streatham has had a full refurbishment both inside and out! With a brand new open plan kitchen and living room with bi-folding doors into a garden that’s perfect for this stay home summer. I originally renovated this place for both myself and my girlfriend to live in but plans have changed slightly which is why you will find the decor is a much higher standard than usual rental properties. We even had a graffiti artist paint that epic bird (look at the pics!).

There is one double room available, the other is now taken by a young female professional. The fourth room will be empty but kept for me if I ever need to stay.
