A large double bedroom with a shared kitchen and bathroom on the second floor of our family house in Streatham, SW16. The room has just been fitted out with a brand new bed and mattress. The top floor is self-contained and consists of two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and is decorated to a high standard. Superfast broadband is included. (The kitchen and bathroom are shared with one other female). All bills are included.

All the shops you need are at the top of our road including Sainsbury's, Lidl, Marks & Spencer, Costa Coffee, W H Smiths, Blackbird Bakery etc. Tooting Bec Common is at the other end of the road with plenty of space for exercising, swimming in the Lido and walking.

Great transport links at the end of our road - loads of buses to Brixton (Victoria Line) which takes 1 5 mins then 12 mins to Victoria Station. Trains from Streatham Hill to Victoria Station and Streatham to Blackfriars / City Thames Link. Both stations are 12 mins walk from us. Tooting Bec and Balham tubes stations are 10 mins by bus or a 20-minute walk.
