Double bedroom in Streatham

Looking for someone to move in as soon a possible, will be sharing the house with 3 good lads, all 23 or 24 years old - one works in finance, one in recruitment, and one in e-commerce all in central. We’re all mates from school so enjoy hanging out with each other and going for drinks on Thursdays and the weekends. During week usually watching the football, a series/movies, playing bit of Fifa or just in our rooms. We like a clean house and get a cleaner in most weeks so want someone like minded.
We are located in the Ferrers Triangle in Streatham, just 5 minutes walk to Streatham station (Thameslink to Blackfriars, Farringdon in c. 20 minutes) and 10 minutes walk to Streatham Common (c. 20 minutes to Victoria) so it is easily commutable. Also have free parking on the road if you have a car.

The bedroom itself is big and airy and comes with all the furnishings shown on the picture so it's all set up for anyone to move straight in and work from home. We've lived here for over a year now too so we have everything else in the house (kitchen equipment, furniture, tv etc) all set up. The house is very large (set over 3 floors) so it's spacious and each room has their privacy. You will share a bathroom (shower and bath) with one of the boys. We also have a great garden with a BBQ which got a lot of use during the summer months and plan on doing so again. Also have a spare room with a mattress if a friend ever wants to stay over

A huge Tescos, M&S , Aldi and a gym are just 5 minutes walk from our house. We also have a cafe just opposite our house which cooks lovely homemade food (lots of Brazilian options) and a local pub just at end of the road. The area has a great community vibe.
