Grasmere Road is moments from Streatham High Road. The longest High Road in Europe with every cuisine, bar and shop you could wish for. If Streatham High Road doesn't have it, it doesn't exist!

We recommend Cafe Barcelona for brunch, Pratts and Payne pub for dinner, Exibit B for drinks. The Odeon Streatham to chill, Aldi & Lidl for daily shops and Waitrose & M&S for when guests come and you pretend to be posh Jo at Urban share was born on the next road and works there so any questions on the area just call!

Multiple night buses to everywhere, Streatham mainline station is a couple of minutes to walk. 24 hour buses moments away, Streatham Common Station is a 10 min walk.

5 minutes Balham and 8 to Clapham. A very good spot!!

This is really well kept home with plenty of space for you all. Super quick broadband speed all over the house. The kitchen is sociable and everything is supplied, especially a cork screw!

The room is coordinated, fresh and comfortable. It has all the furniture you should need and youll be sharing a sparkling bathroom.

Lee, Jo & Maria are live out Landlords and have our trusty band of handymen, cleaners and other lovely tradesmen. This means things get done and youll have a easy life with us!
