Room for rent in second floor flat

Hey guys,

I have a newly furnished room to rent in streatham. We’re two professional guys looking for someone friendly, respectful and clean to join our 3 bed flat.

The room is the top floor of a 1st floor flat.

I’m Charlie, 30 years old and I’m a plumber. I own the flat. Evening are spent at the gym, golf, rugby training or cooking.

Tommy, the other flat mate, he’s 22 and works as a construction manager and is from Australia. Also plays for the same rugby club and loves a beer. We normally have food or go to the pub once a week.

We’re both pretty clean so we’d want someone on the same level. Generally looking for someone who won’t mind just chilling together.

10min walk to streatham common station
Plenty night busses
