Sits directly opposite Streatham station (links to London Bridge, Wimbledon and Blackfriars), plus lots of bus links into town. Next to the station is a giant 24/7 Tesco, an M&S food and an Aldi. 5 minutes walk to Streatham Common and 10-15 minute walk to Tooting Common. Transport and food are within a minutes walk. Local coffee shops, take outs and pubs are also at hand.  There is also a local leisure centre 5 minutes walk away, and an Odeon cinema 10 minutes walk away.

The flat has two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen/sitting room.

The flat sits on the back of the building overlooking the local area with an abundance of trees. In general noise is at a minimum, even with the train line so close.  There is plenty of parking on the streets behind the flat.

I am renting one room and already have a tenant in the second.  He is 43, professional, gay male, working 1-2 days in the office and the rest at home.  He enjoys good food, weekend walks and playing tennis.

Room comes with a bed, wardrobe and other storage.  There is space in the room for a desk.
