Large Studio - Short Let

I have a large sized studio available for short term let as I am going away for a period of time (approx 2 months) and would prefer that my flat is occupied in my absence.

The studio comes with it's own spacious kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is a communal washing machine and dryer which can be used. There is also a front garden that can be used by all the residents within the building. Parking is free to use on the street.

The total costs includes rent, utilities and internet therefore there would be no additional charges.

Tooting bec station is 5 minutes away on the bus or 15 minute walk. The property is no more than 5 minute walk to the high street, where you have plenty of shops. Tooting bec common is 2 minutes away from the property. Streatham common approx 10 mins away.

I am looking for someone who is reliable and trust worthy, working professional.

I cannot permit any more than 2 months so please do not enquire for longer however if you need to move the move date by a few days then I would be happy to accommodate this request.

- 3 Months worth of bank statement
- Employment confirmation
- Landlord reference

DEPOSIT - This is to be used to cover cleaning that may be required or any significant damage you may have accidently caused.
