Double bedroom available for hybrid workers

Please only message me if you are a hybrid worker who stays in London 2-4 nights of the working week!

I have a double bedroom becoming available in my flat that is a stone's throw away from Tooting Common. Lots of amenities nearby as Streatham High Street is just round the corner, with nearest shops including M&S, Aldi, Lidl, and Sainsbury's. The road is residential and quiet - the loudest noise I can hear is the Parakeets flying around!

Transport is easily reached from nearby Streatham (10 mins walk) and Streatham Hill rail stations (15 mins walk) and Tooting Bec (20 mins walk along Tooting common or the bus is 3-5 mins) / Balham tube (25 mins walk across Tooting Common).

The flat is at the top of a lovely period building that was recently developed so we benefit from high high ceilings, period features, and modern interior. Plus there is lots of natural light throughout. There is a modern bathroom suite which would be shared with me. There is also a roof terrace with benches and sun loungers for a chill out after work! We get the sun all day until 6pm.

I am a 27 year old healthcare researcher based at King's College Hospital. I am sociable and busy after work during the week so you would have the flat to yourself sometimes - but if I am there, then I love to cook, drink, sit in the sun, watch rubbish TV, and just chat about life!
