I’m Stef, a 37-year-old who mainly works from home full-time. Because of this, I'm ideally looking for someone who doesn't also work from home. The room isn't available to couples - I'm looking for a clean, tidy, self-sufficient professional individual. The property is close to St. George's and public transport, so it would especially suit a doctor or nurse, but all professionals will be considered.

I’m asking for 1 month's deposit and one month of upfront rent. Bills are extra, but cleaner is included.
