Double En-Suite Available 15Th May- Wandsworth

Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my room from 15th of May.

The tenancy contract would be for 1 year, with a 6 month break clause.

It is an en-suite with a double-bed, A LOT of storage, 2 bedside tables and additional space for a desk or TV. Being at the back and far from the kitchen/living room, the room is very quiet and has very good lighting.

It is a 2bedroom flat. The other room has its own bathroom. There is a kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer and a living room with a big comfy sofa. Very big windows and so great lighting.

There is a couple next door and 2 other girls who live downstairs – all very friendly and respectful.

It’s a 7 min walk to the bus station (249, 319, C10) and a 10-15 min walk to the Tooting Bec tube station. Also a 5-min walk to Tooting Athletics so ideal if you enjoy running in the park etc.! Overall a very safe area with a mix of young professionals, families and students. Balham is only a 20-min walk away, and the closest Sainsbury is 3 mins away.

You will be sharing with another girl who is 24 y/o and currently works from home 2-3 days a week.

The rent is £880 per month + bills on top, around £90-100 per month per person (Wifi, Water, Council, Gas).

There is a deposit of £1010.

We will be holding viewings starting 1st week of April.

I’ve never had any issues living here and it’s a very well connected place. I’m only moving to be closer to work.

PS- The side tables and chest of drawers are no longer there; hence I purchased my own set of bedside tables. I’m happy to leave them in case you like them, for a reasonable price.
