Hi there!

Alex (32) and Luc (32) are looking for a third flatmate to rent a spacious double room in Streatham. We are equidistant from Streatham Common station and Norbury station (5 mins walk) in a quiet residential area.

Rent is <£671pcm. We share bills evenly, which reach approximately £100-150pcm. We also have a cleaner who comes fortnightly - this is included in the rent.

In addition to its three bedrooms, the flat has one bathroom, one kitchen, one office and one living room across the second and third floor of a lovely Victorian house. Your bedroom would be on the third floor.

Both Alex and Luc are professionals who are polite, respectful and keep the common areas clean and tidy. We both have social lives but this is not a party house.

We are looking for someone who:
- is similarly minded and values having a respectful and stress free living environment.
- is clean and tidies up after themselves
- does not smoke/vape
- does not have pets
- does not work exclusively from home
