Spacious and light double bedroom

Double bedroom available from first of May or could be earlier if needed. The tenancy will likely be up in November as the owner is to return from America.

The room itself is a large double bedroom with huge double glazed windows making it bright and cosy. The room is furnished and I’m happy to leave the TV as it was left for me. I currently have a desk in there so it’s big enough to WFH also.

The shared space is again very spacious and bright with a modern kitchen kitted out with all the essentials including a dishwasher, coffee maker and wine fridge (fancy).
The apartment is off the high street and 3 min walk to Streatham station (direct lines to London Bridge/Blackfriars) and a 12-15 walk to Streatham common with direct links to Victoria. Also bus links to literally anywhere. You’re also a 5 min walk from an Aldi/M&S/Big Tesco and the high street has everything, including a CrossFit gym 2 mins away (if you are also part of the cult). Tooting common and streatham common are super close too.

Bills aren’t included but roughly another £150 a month. Permit parking from as little as £30 a year if you have a low emissions runner.

I am leaving but current flat mate is a lovely professional Pilates instructor who is here there and everywhere with her work.
