I'm currently on the look out for someone to take my place on the tenancy for our flat at the end of the month.
The room: A spacious double on the east side of the property The rent comes in at £680 per month excluding bills (£90) and will be available from the 25th of April. The room comes with a 165cm x 220cm wardrobe so loads of room for storage. The council tax band is C for the borough of Lambeth.
The Flat: A social three bed place 5 minutes walk from Streatham Station with quick overground links to Kings Cross, Blackfriars and London Bridge. There are also super frequent busses to Brixton Tube and Overground Stations (around a 20 min ride). There is a garden and patio with wall height hedges and a tree at the foot of the lawn.
The Flatmates: You'll be moving in with Nic and Ainsley. Both professionals in their 30s who enjoy socialising, making music and the occasional beer.
