Myself and a flat mate are leaving behind this lovely house in SW to continue our studies away from London and are looking for 2 tenants to settle here for a minimum of 12 months with the remaining tenants.

Streatham common station 5 mins away

About you

You must be a working professional or a student working or on placement.
We have a young, friendly cat so please be cat friendly or cat conscious at least.
We have two bathrooms and are looking to have a boy and a girl but we are flexible.
Attention to cleanliness is a must.
An open and friendly demeanour is also important for us.
