Hi all,
I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over from my previous one who is going to live with her boyfriend. The flat is a good size and very central in Streatham with a less than 5 minute walk to the station and less than 10 minute walk to a big Tescos. The flat has a shared living room and bathroom, I also have a cat called Aries who is 13 years old and the sweetest thing who loves attention (photos below). The room is a single and comes with a bed and wardrobe, there is room for some other furniture as well like a desk! A little about me, I am 24, love theatre and art. I also love reading and exploring London, I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I am still in search of the best coffee shop. I love a chat but am also respectful of your space and peace, would love someone who also wants to hang out and with similar interests! I work from home on a Monday and Friday but otherwise at the office.
We can potentially have you move in earlier if needed, the current tenancy agreement ends beginning of July and then we can extend it! I also have a video of the flat available.
