Bills, council tax ( band F) included.
You will have all the furniture required in the room.

Common spaces:
1. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen
2. Dining space.
3. Large garden: sorry photos could not be displayed. You will also have access to barbecue.
4. Bathroom/ toilets: Two toilets which are never occupied the same time as the other occupant has an ensuite.

We prefer someone who can responsibly leave these common areas clean and tidy after use.

Transport:
1. Trains to central London ( Norbury station 7 to 8 minutes walking distance, Stratham station 12 min)
2. Bus stop four minutes away : Buses to Croydon, Brixton ( to catch the tubes).

Shops :
Lidl - 5 min walking distance
Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Aldi - 8-12 min walk.

Eateries:
Norbury is a home to all cuisines and is just 5 to 8 minutes walk.
Statham Common, Stratham Hill I also got questions from all over the world. If you are a foodie, you have different shops to try from all round the year.

Hospital:
1. Croydon Hospital 12 min by bus
2. St George’ s Hospital 30 min Direct G1 bus.

We prefer responsible professionals- male or female.

About us:
We are a doctor couple .
We have a 4 -year-old and a 1 Yr old both girls.
