I’m looking for someone to take over my room, available from today! This can be a short term sublet until August 15th or long term rental. It’s a very spacious double room available furnished with double wardrobe, drawers and optional desk. Lovely big living area and kitchen. You will have to be ok with sharing the space with a sausage dog who is there for half the week. He is well behaved and easy to live with 😊

You will be sharing with a sociable 31 year old Australian male professional who is in the office 5 days a week.

You are very close to all the big supermarkets in Streatham plus Streatham train station is a 6 minute walk. The bus station right outside will also take you to tooting Bec station in 10 mins or Brixton station in 15 mins. You are also a very close walk to tooting common and Streatham common which are lovely in the summer.

Open to sublet or long term rental. Bills not included.
