Hi girls,
I have a fabulous master bedroom in a charming little 1st floor 2 bed flat in streatham. High ceilings, big bay windows 🪟 and plenty of flower shops nearby so your vases will never be empty! The room is part furnished with a desk for a perfect WFH set up and a wardrobe.

The area has been so sweet for the past 3 years I have lived here, the neighbours happily accept all your parcels, we give each other food and cards every holiday and the street is super safe and quiet. Tooting Bec lido is only a 10 minute run away if you love jogging /swimming. 🏃🏻‍♀️

My housemate is a clinical scientist in critical care for the NHS. She loves Gilmore girls and has a giant tv so everyone can enjoy it with her, if that’s your vibe, she has got you covered!! 🩺🎀

- streatham common rail 10 minute walk
For trains to Victoria, London Bridge

£900pcm + £100-130 for bills
£923.50 one month deposit
£50 tenancy reference check (happy to refund you this if you sign the contract)

The move in date is flexible, but ideally I’d like someone to sign before 1st Feb.
