Hello! I am Zahrah and I have a second bedroom available for a friendly, tidy flatmate in Streatham. This is a lovely period 2 bed property with high ceilings, a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and a balcony - flat recently renovated. Most bills included in price per month (it excludes council tax and gas/electric but includes water, wifi, tv licence - the additional bills should come to less than £135 pcm) and high speed wifi available. There’s also amenities including a balcony and a smart tv with Netflix, Prime, Disney plus etc)

The room itself is good sized double and comes furnished with a double bed, two-door wardrobe and bedside table. Please note: pictures in ad show room when empty. I have a current flatmate that has moved in and will be here during viewings. However images show condition room will be in once she’s moved out.

Tooting Common and Streatham Common in walking distance.

Shopping options:
Lidl, Aldi, M&S, Sainsburys (x2) and Tesco are all within walking distance - so take your pick.

Transport options:
3 minutes walk to bus stop with buses to Tooting, (Northern line) Brixton (Victoria line) , Balham, Clapham Junction (overground) etc.

10 minute walk to Streatham station with Thameslink trains to South London, London Bridge, Elephant & Castle etc.

I am a 27 year old professional, and in my free time I like to spend time with my friends, go to new plays, gigs, restaurants and travel once and a while. I love spicey food, crocheting and I am partial to some Grey's Anatomy!

Would be great to get on super well with my roomie, who I could hang out with once and a while, but would be good to have someone with their own social life too and is a working professional currently :)

I am proposing an initial 6 month contract, with a 2 month break clause for both sides and the opportunity to extend.
