Sadly my flatmate is moving out and is looking for someone to take over their part of the lease.
🛏️🏠It is a large bedroom with lots of space and storage within a 2 bed flat, comes with a desk, chair, drawers and built in wardrobe. Approx a 6 minute walk from Streatham station and approx 21 mins into the city.
The lease is until May 2027, rent £975 a month excluding bills. The deposit is £1,038.
You will be living with one other person. I’m 26 and am currently training to be a solicitor so in the office 1/2 days a week. I like all the usual stuff - running, gym etc. and also loves a night out but equally a chilled evening🥂
