Cosy Double Room available in 2 bed flat

Hi! I’m looking for someone to join my in my lovely 2 bed flat in Streatham. My current flatmate is moving out, but I have lived here over a year and would love to continue doing so.

I’m 25 and work hybrid so I’ll be wfh a couple days a week - but my desk is in my room.

Ideally looking for someone who also works hybrid or full time in office.

The flat is amazing (ignore the date on the pictures, this is from the og flat listing but it looks pretty much the same minus some changes in decor). It includes
- plenty of natural sunlight
- washer and dryer
- dishwasher
- big tv in lounge (courtesy of me)
- loads of storage including a huge attic
- parking out front

The room includes:
- double bed
- wardrobe
- set of drawers
With plenty of room for a desk.

5 minute walk from big Tesco, Aldi and M&S, and Streatham train station. Also good bus links to Brixton, Tooting, Clapham and Crystal Palace
