I’m sadly moving back to my home, so I’m leaving my lovely double en suite room in our stunning two bed, two bathroom flat with a balcony will be available to rent from 28/12/25.

I’m looking for someone that I can transferred my contract.

• Attached to a Tesco Extra and a leisure centre with gym, classes, and a swimming pool (residents get discounted membership 🧘🏽‍♀️)
• Sadly pets are not allowed in the building

You’ll be living with Paola ☺️ she is 32, originally from Italy 🇮🇹, She works in medical research.

This house has become a home so Paola we would like to keep that vibe. So we would love to find some one who’s not just looking for a room, but a real home 🏡 Someone who enjoys the idea of catching up after a long day, maybe watching a show together 🍿 but also appreciates their own space.

It’s really important to keep the flat clean, tidy, and peaceful.
