Two double rooms are becoming available as James and I are moving out of our friendly, well-kept home, just a 7-minute walk from Streatham Common station.

I’ve genuinely loved living here and hadn’t planned to move, but an opportunity has come up to live with my best friend.

The remaining housemates are two professional women looking preferably for female professionals to join the home.

The rooms

Both rooms are spacious, bright doubles with large windows and plenty of natural light.

The house

A comfortable, homely space with:

We arrange a weekly professional cleaner for the communal areas and really value keeping the home clean and pleasant to live in, so we’re looking for someone who naturally does the same.

It’s a relaxed, friendly home where we’re happy to chat, but everyone also has their own routines and space.

Bills approx. £190 per month
