I am moving out of the UK and am looking for someone to sublet/takeover my room asap from the 1st of April with the opportunity to sign onto the tenancy contract from the 1st of May.

About the room:
- Quite large with loft windows and an attic space
- Comes with double bed (two drawers on the side), one white side drawer, stand-alone wardrobe, and full length mirror
- Bathroom shared with one female
- £710 rent per month
- Roughly £80 for bills per month
- I am looking to sell the desk and white drawers pictured

About the flat:
- Large kitchen
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Shared living room with TV
- Shared garden with downstairs flat (a couple)
- 2 min walk to two bus stops going towards Tooting Broadway and Streatham high street
- 2 min walk to two comer stores, pharmacy, local restaurants, barbers, and Inpost pickup/drop off point
- 20 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube
- 20 min walk to Streatham common overground

There will be three other housemates, two males and one female, aged 24-26. Occasionally work from home.
