The room is available from 1st April, the lease is for 1year.

The room is priced at £1080 + bills( roughly £150 a month including council tax, water, electricity and WiFi)
The house has a massive living space with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area and even has a handy laundry room.
Plus, being right on Streatham Common,
just a short walk away from both Streatham (8mins) and Streatham Common (15mins) train stations.

Living here means joining me, Greta 31 & Lauren 30, we are all about making a home, not just sharing a space. We’re big on meals together, whether it’s a quiet night in or a fun outing and we watch TV shows together almost every night!

And the flat comes with, Greta’s giant fluffy doggo, Loki.
He’s a bit sassy and dramatic, he loves a good stroll on the common, peanut butter and chicken.
Bonus: we occasionally babysit other adorable dogs on weekends.
