We have a medium-sized bedroom available in our ground floor flat in Streatham. The room includes a built-in wardrobe with drawers and will be provided with a wooden bed and bedside table (please note the furniture shown in the photo will not be included).

The flat has:

• Washing machine and dryer
• Kitchen with oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, grill, air fryers, fridge and freezer
• All kitchen utensils provided including plates, glasses, chopping boards and cooking equipment etc.
• Living room with two sofas, large TV, dining table with chairs, and board games
• Cupboard by the front door for coats and shoes
• Garage and shed for storage
• Garden with a shed and picnic table – perfect for sunny days

Transport:
• Streatham station – 4-minute walk; trains to St Albans via Blackfriars and Farringdon, London Bridge, and 21 minutes to Blackfriars
• Streatham Common station – 17-minute walk; trains to Victoria via Balham and London Bridge
• Multiple bus routes – 15 minutes to Tooting Bec, 22 minutes to Brixton

You’ll be living with two best friends who enjoy football, musical theatre, cheese & wine nights, and the occasional day out at the pub or a good walk. We also love cooking, so the kitchen gets good use! The flat was originally part-furnished, but we’ve furnished it ourselves and made it a really comfortable place to live.

We’re looking for someone friendly and easygoing who wants to feel at home and enjoy living together, rather than just renting a room.
